    1. Domestic Shipping Policy

    Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    Note: If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Expedited shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.

    Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

    Main Street Forge ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

    2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

    3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Main Street Forge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    4. Damages

    Main Street Forge is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    5. International Shipping

    We do offer international shipping. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for all international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders.
